These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these
terms.

Agreement Formation
The purchase becomes binding once the customer has received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel
orders in the event of obvious errors in pricing, stock availability, or technical issues.

Products and Regulatory Information
We offer cosmetic products containing synthetic CBD (cannabidiol). The products are intended for external use only and
classified as cosmetics in accordance with applicable EU regulations. The products do not contain THC and are not medical products.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. No medical claims are made in the marketing of these products.

Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in NOK and include value added tax (VAT). Payment can be made via card, or other
available payment methods. The payment will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Normal delivery time is 2-7 business days. The risk for the product passes to the customer once the product has been delivered to the
specified address.

Complaints
In the event of defects or deficiencies, the Norwegian Customer Purchases Act applies. The complaint period is 2 years. If the complaint is
approved the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for misuse of the products, allergic reactions, or indirect damage. Use of the product
is at the customer`s own risk.

Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond our control,
including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.

Disputes and Governing Law
Norwegian law governs this agreement. Disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the case may be brought before the Norwegian Customer Authority, or handled by a Norwegian court.
